Placing an order :
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will aim to post as soon as possible. We will not take payment from you until we have checked all of these things.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. The money will be rejected by us and would return to your rightful account (be that in the bank/Paypal etc.)
Please note that VICTATE reserves the right to cancel any orders placed as it sees fit. VICTATE will notify by email immediately of any such cancellation and an explanation for such action.
It may take up to 2 working days for the item to be posted after the confirmation email is sent. Another email will be sent when the goods have been posted. Our standard delivery price is for Royal Mail First Class service. We recommend the option for RM First Class Recorded as then a tracking number is given. VICTATE is not accountable for any losses under Royal Mail First Class as the choice for Recorded was offered. However, we will aim to resolve any such problem.
If you are ordering from abroad, we recommend you contact us first (firstname.lastname@example.org) in order of us to work out a the best possible delivery method for you. If one chooses to go for standard international delivery without tracking, we are not liable for the loss of any products in transit. There are already preset prices for general international orders but any special requests are also possible. Any import tax placed on the goods is not in our control but we will try to minimise in the best way possible.
If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason please post your goods back to us within 14 days.
You must first email us (email@example.com) to inform us of the reason behind the return/exchange and we will try our best to meet your demands.
All items returned to us are at your own risk so we recommend using a recorded service.
